Our Story
Twenty-six years, three restaurants, and now a scratch kitchen where you'd least expect.
Shift Kitchen comes from South Valley Restaurant Group, 26 years in business, and from owners Ryan and Laura. It follows Tiburon and Hoof & Vine as the group's third restaurant.
How We Got Here
From Tiburon to a medical campus
South Valley Restaurant Group opened Tiburon first, then Hoof & Vine. Shift Kitchen is the third, and it sits somewhere new: inside TOSH Medical Campus in Murray.
Ryan and Laura name four things that carry across all three: camaraderie, passion, community, and a love of good food and drink.
At Shift Kitchen, that looks like a menu cooked in-house every morning, a full espresso bar, and a door that opens to anyone at 7am sharp.
